Bartulovic (average 272 at 45.3)

B2

Arnold (average 19 wickets at 13.4) and Adam Dentler (economy 14
wickets at 16.6, 3.5 runs per over)

C
bowling - Vaughan Allen (aggregate 20 wickets at 15.5) and Dave
Carless (average and economy 18 wickets at 9.0, 3.2 runs per over)
Chris
Machin was presented the award for most improved in the club. With
a dominant start to the season playing in B2, Chris averaged
scored 200 in 3 knocks being dismissed once. Chris also performed
well with the ball before being elevated to B1, where he also
performed exceptionally well coming second in the batting and
featuring regularly with the ball. We are expecting Chris to
continue to build on his good all round form this season.
Club
champion was awarded to Vaughan Allen with 765 points and best
clubman award went to Sean Dorsett, largely for the fabulous curry
he put together for the final training run of the season.
Fifteen
bowling and ten batting awards were presented for outstanding
individual efforts. Of note was Brian Womersley, Jesse Arnold and
Luke Bartulovic with two 5 wicket hauls, only to be outdone by
Michael Pearce with three 5-fors, all playing in our top side.
Michael Millhouse was awarded for his two centuries, as was Iain
Stewart with two centuries, scored back to back during a near
career best form surge with the bat.
